Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 No Substitute for Human Judgment

Our AI agents are tools to augment human capabilities, not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for business decisions and customer relationships.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Evolution and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
